Dish shapes

  are wheel thrown and round but can be altered in a variety of ways.
  Dish forms present a delicate profile with narrow foot spreading out
  to a generous lip. From clean-line and straightforward shapes for
  more formal presentations to an array of softer forms with
  undulations or scolloping to the lip or torsion to the body for the
  informality of (slant style) and bunjin.
